My Mini-Goal

8/08/10 to 8/31/10-to lose 6 lbs this month


I started with one huge goal-- 375 to 225-- which is quite a big 150 lb goal. It feels like it takes forever for the ticker to move, which psychologically, is a bit of a blow to motivation.

So I decided to have short-term goals as well-- mini-goals. And I'm keeping track of them here:

Week of July 25 - July 31, 2010:

Status: Failed to Meet Goal!

Off by:  1/10 of a pound!

Comment: I would have had it if it weren't for my period bloating!
